Land Engineers LLC provided site development services for the Living Hope Community Church in Bartonville, Illinois. Our services included preparation of a site plan to meet the requirements of the local permitting authority which included an entrance drive, parking lot and storm water detention basin. Land Engineers LLC provided assistance with obtaining a permit from the County Highway Commission for the entrance drive. We also prepared calculations for pre-development and post-development conditions to demonstrate to the permitting authorities that the storm water detention basin and outlet structure were designed in accordance with their storm water ordinance requirements.
Construction was completed in 2009.
